Experiencia directa en soluciones para el ciclo de vida del crédito desde la preventa hasta la posventa. Responder a las necesidades del cliente, preparación de propuestas, liderazgo RFP/RFI. Escuchar y comprender las necesidades de los clientes. Practique la escucha activa identificando oportunidades basadas en casos de uso de productos, como datos, puntuaciones, modelos analíticos, etc. Diseñar propuestas de soluciones considerando los requerimientos del cliente, destacando los productos y servicios basados en datos y análisis para marketing, adquisiciones, gestión de cartera, cobranzas y procesos de fraude. Interactúe con los clientes en el día a día y administre una serie de cuentas estratégicas clave desde una perspectiva de soluciones de valor. Contribuir al crecimiento de la región Iberia. Actuar como vínculo de comunicación técnica entre los clientes y las áreas involucradas en el desarrollo de soluciones para cumplir con los requisitos y tiempos de entrega del cliente. Orquestar, rastrear, monitorear y garantizar el desempeño efectivo de las soluciones, asegurando el logro de los objetivos de ingresos y márgenes. Impulsar la comprensión general del mercado e identificar las necesidades de los clientes mediante el análisis de la investigación del mercado y la industria. Supervise la adopción y el uso de soluciones y recopile comentarios de los clientes, ayudando al equipo de producto a definir los elementos necesarios para satisfacer las necesidades del mercado. Que experiencia necesitas Más de 5 años de experiencia en consultoría. Experiencia previa en entidades bancarias o instituciones financieras Comprensión de KPI clave de negocio y riesgo para entidades financieras y productos de riesgo basados en buró. Capacidad de comunicación e interacción con otras personas, atención al cliente, iniciativa, organización y planificación, versatilidad y orientación a resultados. Educación: Titulación: Licenciatura en Economía, Ingeniería, Matemáticas o similar. Idiomas: Habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita en inglés intermedio. #J-18808-Ljbffr
