- Evaluate costs and feasibility of implementing solutions.
- Manage and implement Salesforce solutions in accordance with agreed-upon schedules.
- Identify and plan production activities in collaboration with business stakeholders.
- Solve incidents and issues related to Salesforce applications.
Requirements
- Master's degree in IT or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a business consultant in an industrial environment.
- Proven track record of describing precise specifications and driving developers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to guide and support key users during acceptance tests.
- Strong experience as a functional and technical consultant on Salesforce.
- Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel occasionally.
