Job Description

Omega CRM is a leading company in the development of Customer Experience services, with over 20 years of experience in applying technology to marketing. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements and design functional solutions for projects.
  • Implement and configure Salesforce solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide effort estimations and collaborate with the project team to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Analyze and improve application performance to ensure optimal user experience.
  • Collaborate with technology providers and contribute to the validation of solutions against functional requirements.
  • Generate functional documentation for completed projects and share knowledge within the company.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting roles.
  • Experience in Field Service is a plus.
  • Experience with different Salesforce clouds, such as Sales, Service, and Community.
  • Experience with Agile methodology.
  • Fluent English language skills, with French as a plus.
