As a Salesforce Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting clients throughout the implementation and optimization of Salesforce solutions.

Your responsibilities will include collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs and delivering customized solutions aligned with their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct discovery sessions with clients to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Develop and implement Salesforce solutions, leveraging expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
  • Design Salesforce applications to meet client needs.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce functionality.
  • Participate actively in project planning and management activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team on pitches and pre-sales activities.

What We're Looking For:

  • Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant certificate is required.
  • Over two years of hands-on implementation and consulting project experience.
  • Knowledge of integration and data management.
  • Proven background in process design and implementation.
  • Experience with configuration.
  • Proficiency in enterprise integration tools and extract, transform, and load (ETL) tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and collaborate with team members.
  • Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive projects in a hybrid working environment.
  • Provide Salesforce advice, service, and support.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English, and preferably in Dutch.
  • Analytical thinker with a proactive mentality.
  • Excellent team player.
