Job Title: Business Travel Consultant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Studentuniverse. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our corporate clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with ease and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate corporate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice on travel options and itineraries to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the highest level of service and expertise

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in business travel consulting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish
