Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team at Flight Centre Travel Group. As a Business Travel Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business clients, ensuring their travel needs are met with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and car rentals
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a business travel consulting role
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
