Somos una consultoría de selección especializada en retail, wholesale & eCommerce que trabaja con las mejores empresas del sector. Estamos colaborando con uno de nuestros clientes en la búsqueda de un perfil de responsable de desarrollo de negocio para empresas (especialmente construcción, reformas, etc).
Gestionará el Departamento de Cliente Profesional del centro de Jerez de la Frontera.
Su misión consistirá en:
Construir y liderar una oferta completa de productos y servicios adaptados a las necesidades del cliente profesional para asegurar la vinculación a largo plazo, integrándola en la tienda.
Desarrollar un equipo de Asesores especialistas para el cliente profesional que garanticen un servicio de calidad y la consecución de los objetivos de venta y rentabilidad tanto para la tienda como para el mercado profesional.
Responsabilidades:
Desarrollar el negocio, liderando la gestión y mantenimiento de la cartera de clientes profesionales del Departamento, incluyendo la identificación y captación de clientes dentro y, cuando sea necesario, fuera de la tienda.
Conocer el mercado profesional local y de la competencia, detectando necesidades de producto.
Garantizar todo el proceso de venta, desde la recepción del pedido hasta la entrega al cliente.
Animar y comunicar la política comercial a través de todos los canales de la compañía.
Construir su equipo, motivando, coordinando y organizando a los Asesores / a Profesionales para ofrecer el mejor servicio al cliente profesional.
Requisitos para el puesto:
Experiencia entre 1 y 3 años en puesto similar. Valorable experiencia en el sector de la reforma o construcción.
Valorables conocimientos técnicos en el sector construcción.
Habilidades de trabajo en equipo, comunicación e influencia para trabajar con todas las personas de la tienda.
