You will help people wear clothing that otherwise would be thrown away.And guess what? You get to work from our office in the beautiful city of Valencia. This is one of Spain's most vibrant cities, with 300 days of sunshine a year. During your lunch break, you can take a walk in the scenic Turia Park. And did we mention that Valencia has a beach already?You'll also join an international company. On a typical workday, it's common to hear 6 languages being spoken on the office floor. In no time, you'll have friends (and holiday-addresses) all over Europe.What your job looks like:Otrium is an online platform for fashion brands with leftover stock. You will help customers with questions from every aspect of their shopping experience.You help customers through a variety of channels. These include social media, chat, e-mail, and phone.You aim for sky-high performances focusing on the most important KPIs: Customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity.You power customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experience.You guide customers and look for the best possible solutions.Your qualifications:You speak native Dutch. You speak English properly enough to engage with your international colleagues.You're a communicative professional. You have the ability to listen and show empathy.You're eager to learn new software systems like Google Suite, MS Office, and CRM tools.You enjoy collaborating, socializing, and sharing ideas with your colleagues.You add value to weWow with your unique personality and skill set.Also, you're flexible.
