Otrium changes that by providing designer brands with technology, so that fashion from previous collections can be sold on their platform. Otrium was founded in 2016 with the mission that all clothing should be worn. Since then they have grown into one of the largest fashion outlet platforms with more than 250 brands available in 12 countries.

- Assessing customer conversations made by our agents on a weekly basis
- Responding to an agent's feedback on assessments
- Participating in monthly calibration and quality meetings
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively control quality processes
- In-depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant standards
- Support with onboarding programs and training sessions
- Direct reporting to Customer Care Manager

**wow factor.**
- You have an experience in working with customers, preferably in Customer Service
- You have an intercultural CV and speak fluent English and at least 1 additional language (with a preference for multilingual)
- You have a Bachelor's or University Degree in which Communication was an important component
- You have experience with content-related tasks, such as quality/content reviewing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail and a results-driven approach
- You thrive on teamwork and fun and are part of our community
- You are flexible and able to work in a fast-paced working environment
- You have technical skills and are familiar with Google Suite, MS Office and CRM tooling
- You add value to weWow with your unique personality and skill set
