Let’s get into the details:
The Assortment Operations Coordinator will drive activities to support the execution of the assortment plans in Sales by coordinating the Implementation and execution of strategic supply initiatives (eg.Shopping List) and ensuring deal performance by collaborating proactively with the relevant Country Manager/s, maintaining dealbook and supporting insights for top merchants & negotiations. Lastly the Assortment Operations Coordinator will provide analysis of current inventory against assortment plan to inform & improve current sales team performance, identify growth opportunities and shine a light on process/system gaps in the supply funnel.

**You’ll spend time on the following**:
Coordinate the implementation and execution of strategic supply initiatives:

- Assortment plans: Validation, analysis, reporting and prioritization of all assortment plans ( Merchandising, Global assortment, Supply etc..)
- Coordination of supply growth opportunities for the country
- Product deployment support: validations, planning, strategy

Actionable analysis of current inventory to improve current performance and identify growth opportunities:

- Supply coverage - control, analysis and feedback on the coverage's progress per Divisions
- Weekly Inventory Development check: Inventory Tracker: YoY financials, conversion, Closed Contracts, traffic
- Inventory live - check location performance, deals type performance and input to optimization
- Execute gap analysis to assortment plan (monthly & quarterly) to ensure alignment and adoption in line with business targets
- Provide a feedback loop to stakeholders across the business that facilitates actions that will reduce friction and waste in the supply funnel and drive improved topline performance of the business

Deal quality:

- Support insights for top merchants & negotiations
- Supply quality measurement (on a macro-level, based on location & deal type)
