Grow-talent.com is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Customer Experience Specialist tojoin a brand-new team for a Fintech company.

Location: Valencia, Spain
Employment type: Full-time (39h)
Remuneration: Base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate withcustomers through various channels such as phone, email, chat and social mediaShowcase extraordinary communication skills such as listening, empathy and can personalize every customer conversationGuide customers with their questions and ensure they are offered the right solution leaving a big smile on their faceIdentify and address customer needs to escalate internally to improve and/or develop processesThrive for sky-high performances focusing on the most important KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, quality and productivityMaintain customer satisfaction and retention through impactful customer experienceREQUIREMENTS: ExcellentGerman (C2) speakers with C1 English levelSmart and enthusiastic problem-solver with a keen eye for customer serviceCalm and empathetic when dealing with (difficult) customersCurious and love to investigate and use their creative problem-solving skills to ensure customer satisfactionTarget-driven and trying to exceed expectationsBENEFITS: Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceShifts between 9:00 and 23:00 here the preference is to have some people dedicated for the late night shift (14:00 - 23:00).Full-time contract of 39 hours per weekFully on-site (no remote work possibilities)Being a part of a dynamic and international team (25+ nationalities)Benefit program which includes free breakfast/lunch, sports classes, Spanish classes, Friday drinks, and the coolest team eventsHigh performance culture to kickstart your career and potentially grow within the organizationSupport with the Spanish administration
