International Business Development Manager

En onhunters buscamos un European Sales Manager especializado en el mercado alemán, con experiencia en expansión internacional, preferiblemente en el sector de panadería y masas congeladas.
Ubicación: Remoto o basado en España, con disponibilidad para viajar a Alemania y otros países europeos.
Funciones: Desarrollar y liderar el crecimiento del negocio en el mercado alemán.
Captar nuevos clientes y oportunidades de negocio.
Definir y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas adaptada al mercado alemán.
Negociar contratos y acuerdos comerciales con distribuidores y grandes cuentas.
Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las regulaciones alimentarias en Alemania.
Requisitos: Más de 10 años de experiencia en ventas internacionales, especialmente en el mercado alemán.
Formación universitaria y dominio del inglés (C2); se valorará conocimiento de alemán.
Experiencia en apertura de nuevos canales de distribución en el sector retail.
Disponibilidad para viajar de manera regular a Alemania y otros países relevantes.
