**The mission of this role**

As the Sales Manager for Spain, you will have overall commercial leadership and responsibility for the region, driving and delivering profitable and sustainable growth in sales. You will set the strategic direction and management of the commercial team to fine-tune, optimize, scale, and successfully help the company meet its short and long-term objectives. You will drive growth, build a diverse and inclusive high-performing commercial team and work cross-functionally across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving sustainable revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities and the resources needed to achieve it.
- Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and oversight to the sales team, ensuring alignment with Group objectives and driving the achievement of annual sales and strategic goals.
- Be a model sales expert and leader, actively engaging in critical sales activities as needed, including participating in key customer meetings, conducting impactful product demonstrations, and facilitating complex sales negotiations.
- Foster strong collaboration and synergies with cross-functional teams, including Market Development and Operations to align sales efforts seamlessly with broader company objectives and initiatives.
- Monitor key performance metrics, tracking progress against targets and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as an ambassador for Quadpack at industry events and key client meetings, conveying our unique value proposition, fostering strong brand awareness, and building strategic relationships.

**Requirements**:

- University degree
- Minimum of 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive sales strategies and decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Spanish and English business proficiency required
