Central Account Executive, SMB DE, AGS EMEA Central SalesLocation: Madrid, Community of Madrid, ESAWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.As a Central Sales Representative at AWS, you are responsible for exercising acquisition skills, using solution-specific targeted campaigns to help grow consumption of current and net-new AWS services. In this full sales-cycle quota carrying role, you will use your sales and technical experience to work proactively with our customers to accelerate their journey to the cloud.Key job responsibilities:Work with the segment Manager to help define business strategy for customers.Identify new opportunities to drive business expansion in a defined territory.Develop and execute against a named account plan, meet and exceed your targets.Manage numerous accounts concurrently and strategically.Effectively manage a high volume of inquiries from new and existing customers.Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.Work with partners to extend reach and drive adoption.Ensure customer satisfaction.Basic qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales / technology-related environment.Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.Fluency in German or English.Preferred qualifications:AWS Cloud Certification.Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
