.Emea Industry Enablement Lead, Wwfe - Ags, Gcr, & Partner Enablement MadridAmazon Web Services is seeking an Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to engage and sell to customers by increasing overall go-to-market effectiveness and accelerating growth through ongoing industry, new hire sales readiness, and sales productivity programs. This high visibility role encompasses both developing enabling assets, guidance, programs and processes for account teams, while also owning execution of each initiative individually and/or in concert with cross-functional team members.Key Job Responsibilities:Delivering an enablement strategy and programs to accelerate growth by strengthening selling capabilities.Optimize and accelerate new hire sales readiness/effectiveness.Accelerate growth through AWS Partners and ProServe.Advocate for the Field with cross-functional teams and work to rally the organizations around the voice of the field.Combine a passion for problem solving, creating scalable mechanisms, facilitating sales productivity programs (live and virtually), and enthusiasm for technology to drive learning and establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.Leverage cross-functional resources and internal teams, including business operations, sales leadership/management, project/program managers, and marketing, to gain leverage, drive programs, and business impact.AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector. The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
