THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Client Sales Executive for our Client Sales team in Madrid This role is to join our Spanish SMB team. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales process (from prospecting to closing the deal) for businesses with up to 500 employees. As a Sales Representative, you will be expected to bring in significant new business to Wellhub every quarter. You will manage a large portfolio of prospective clients, understanding their needs, presenting the Wellhub solution, and managing negotiations until the signature of the contract. YOUR IMPACT Responsible for selling to businesses with up to 500 employees Identify key influencers and decision-makers at target accounts Maintain a high level of activity with quality inputs, including video meetings, phone calls, e-mail, and social selling Continuously develop creative and innovative ways to connect with potential corporate clients Ensure successful client launches and smooth handover processes Sell quickly, in large volume, within the SMB market Consistently meet your quarterly sales quota Thrive on change while remaining organized and adaptable Create new sales opportunities by identifying new target accounts Drive to compete while being a team player Build working relationships with other teams Live the mission: inspire and empower others by caring for wellbeing WHO YOU ARE Experience in high-velocity and volume sales in a B2B context Spanish native speaker with full proficiency in English Outgoing and enthusiastic conversationalist with strong communication skills Metrics-driven self-starter Excited by having hard conversations with clients Perpetually optimistic Entrepreneurial mindset Extremely coachable Passionate about helping people live healthier lives Highly disciplined and self-organized Curious and striving for improvement We encourage all aspiring applicants to apply, even if they don't match the job description 100%.
