Nuestros Field Sales Executive son el motor de TREATWELL. Es el equipo que hace que los sueños de los Salones de Belleza (partners) se hagan realidad. Nuestro principal objetivo es contar con una amplia red de salones de belleza asociados, para poder ofrecer una mayor oferta de tratamientos a nuestros clientes, creando así una experiencia de belleza perfecta. En Treatwell España, serás el corazón de nuestro negocio. Pasarás el 100% de tu tiempo en el terreno, visitando establecimientos de belleza, captando clientes y expandiendo mercado en la ciudad donde trabajas.Responsabilidades: Prospectar clientes potenciales mediante llamadas en frío y visitas personales en la zona de Madrid. Presentar todas las ventajas de ser nuestro cliente y las funcionalidades del software de gestión Treatwell. Gestionar el flujo de trabajo en nuestro sistema CRM interno, así como todo el proceso de ventas (de la A a la Z). Coordinar su propia cartera de clientes con la mentalidad de hacer crecer el negocio (venta cruzada). Analizar y adaptar las propuestas comerciales a cada cliente. Sobre ti: Tienes una experiencia mínima de 1 año como Field Sales Executive o en un puesto similar, vendiendo un producto digital en el mercado español. Tienes experiencia en llamadas en frío, pero especialmente en ventas F2F. Se valorará la experiencia en venta de Saas o tech. Eres una persona sociable, autónoma e independiente, pero a la vez te gusta trabajar en equipo. Eres una persona enérgica, con garra y orientada a resultados. Tienes capacidad para adaptarte a distintos públicos. Eres una persona proactiva y crítica, y das todo de ti por mejorar constantemente procesos.
