From our headquarters in Spain to our branches in Chile, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico, we are redefining the maintenance landscape on a global scale.The Purpose Provide technical and commercial advice based on the needs and expected impact of prospects with the company's products, converting potential clients into long-term recurring commitments.Responsibilities: Create and manage a high-quality pipeline of new leads and prospectsResearch prospective customers and use prospecting strategies to reach out to new leadsGenerate leads and develop prospects to customers in your assigned vertical and regionInitiate and lead discovery meetings with prospectsBook and lead sales meetings with potential customersMaintain relationships with current customers for new leads and new businessIncrease sales of the businessCarry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to senior managementUnderstand our clients' services, competitors in the industry and overall position in the marketDemonstrated experience forecasting new business on a monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual basis.Required Skills A Minimum of 3 years' experience as a salesperson B2BExperience in a startup environment (nice to have)Experience in selling SaaS on a subscription-based recurring modelSolid experience using multichannel (cold/warm calling, emails and CRM) for prospectionSolid Experience using sales tools (Hubspot and Linkedin Sales Navigator)International experienceFluent spoken and written French, Spanish (additional languages useful too)What We Offer Commissions for achieving objectives.Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.Continuous learning is one of our values for personal and professional growth, with a study financing policy .Complementary insurance, because your health and well-being matter to us.Pet-friendly bonus if you have furry friends, because they matter too.Fitness and healthy living subsidy for sports activities.Wellness time sessions to promote well-being.We celebrate birthdays, so you'll have a day off to celebrate yours .Additional days off for marriage if you're thinking about starting a home and getting married.Join us and unleash your potential in an environment that celebrates innovation, fosters growth, and recognizes the value of every contribution
