Como Especialista en Experiencia del Cliente en Tesla, serás responsable de proporcionar una experiencia acogedora y superior a nuestros clientes que están recogiendo su nuevo Tesla. Formarás parte del equipo de atención al cliente que apoya las ventas y las actividades de entrega, actuando específicamente como un experto en la entrega que puede responder a cualquier pregunta que nuestros clientes puedan tener acerca de su nuevo coche. En Tesla, creemos que cada cliente merece una experiencia excepcional y sin fricciones con su vehículo Tesla, tu principal objetivo será proporcionar una experiencia excepcional al cliente, asegurando que cada cliente se sienta valorado, escuchado y apoyado.
Te impulsa la misión de Tesla de acelerar la transición del mundo hacia la energía sostenible. Formarás parte de un gran equipo de ventas y entrega que trabaja en estrecha colaboración y con flexibilidad en todas las tareas. Se espera que coopere con frecuencia y muestre una mentalidad de equipo único para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas y entrega.
- Saludar y dar la bienvenida a los clientes al llegar a la sala de exposición, proporcionando una primera impresión positiva y memorable.
- Ayudar en el proceso de entrega, incluyendo mostrar a los clientes su vehículo y proporcionar una experiencia de salida final.
- Orientar a los clientes sobre el producto, destacando las características clave y proporcionando y utilizar las distintas funciones del vehículo antes de que el cliente se marche con su nuevo coche.
- Verificar y confirmar que todos los documentos estén presentes y en orden antes de la entrega.
- Realizar inspecciones previas a la entrega para garantizar que cada vehículo cumple los altos estándares de calidad de Tesla.
- Actuar como punto de contacto para consultas postventa, proporcionando asistencia y apoyo cuando sea necesario.
- Estar en contacto con el equipo de entrega que los clientes estén al corriente del progreso de su vehículo y reciban los plazos de entrega.
- En caso necesario, estar disponible para pruebas de conducción, destacando las capacidades del vehículo, sus de seguridad y rendimiento del vehículo.
- Mantener una actitud positiva y profesional en todo momento, proporcionando una excelente experiencia al cliente que refleje los valores de Tesla.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales con una capacidad natural para entablar relaciones e interactuar con los clientes.
- Gran conocimiento de los productos de Tesla, incluidos vehículos, paneles solares y soluciones de almacenamiento de energía.
- Capacidad para comunicar información y fácil de entender.
- Experiencia demostrada en ofrecer excelente experiencia del cliente.
- Gran capacidad de organización y capacidad de gestionar múltiples prioridades en un entorno de ritmo rápido.
- Flexibilidad para trabajar los fines de semana y tardes según sea necesario.
- Dominio del inglés y el español.
- Pasión por la misión de Tesla de acelerar la transición del mundo hacia la energía sostenible.
