Job Description:

As an Inbound Sales Specialist DMC at Satguru Travel, you will be integral to our team, managing incoming travel arrangements and creating exceptional experiences for our clients.

In addition to managing supplier relationships, you will actively engage in client acquisition and retention efforts.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Proactively identify and acquire new clients through targeted marketing efforts, networking, and relationship-building. Cultivate strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Collaboration and Negotiation:
Collaborate with suppliers to design personalized travel packages tailored to clients preferences and requirements. Negotiate competitive rates and terms to enhance value and attractiveness for our clients.

Travel Logistics Management:
Oversee all aspects of incoming travel logistics, including accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, excursions, and dining reservations. Ensure seamless execution of travel itineraries that exceed client expectations.

Destination Expertise:
Provide comprehensive destination-specific expertise and recommendations to clients, ensuring an enriching and memorable travel experience. Tailor recommendations based on client preferences and interests.

Industry Engagement:
Represent Satguru Travel at exhibitions, industry events, and client meetings to promote our services effectively. Engage with industry partners to expand our network and enhance service offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inbound travel sales or related roles within the tourism industry, with a successful track record in client acquisition and relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
