Key Responsibilities- Customer Service and Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, showcasing our products and services, meeting sales targets, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Call Handling and Information Provision: Handle incoming calls from customers, providing accurate and detailed information about our client's services, and assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Upselling and Cross-selling: Tasked with upselling and cross-selling additional services or upgrades to customers, offering premium accommodations, recommending additional activities or dining options, or suggesting add-on packages to enhance the customer's experience.
- Booking and Reservation Processing: Process bookings and reservations for customers, ensuring that all necessary information is collected accurately and that the customer's preferences and requirements are met.
- Customer Concerns and Queries: Address queries, concerns, or complaints promptly and professionally, seeking resolutions that meet the customer's needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or other sources, contacting prospective customers who have expressed interest in our client's services but have not yet made a booking.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of bookings, inquiries, complaints, and any other relevant information.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Inbound Sales Agent with:
- High proficiency in Dutch (C2 level)
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and good interpersonal skills
- At least 1 year's successful initial sales experience
- Known for elocution, adaptability, stress resistance, and good oral communication skills
- Solid commercial skills and a positive attitude
- Dynamic, a team player, and good self-control
