Position Overview:

The Sales Integration Specialist holds comprehensive responsibility for managing customer relationships and driving performance across a designated portfolio of clients within a medium-impact segment.

As a Sales Integration Specialist, you will assume full accountability for customer interactions and the performance of a newly developed or existing portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify customer needs and collaborate with the product team to propose comprehensive service solutions that address those needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales or business development role, with a solid understanding of customer needs in the Spanish market.
  • Diverse experience across multiple roles and organizations.
  • Experience in refrigerated logistics or global freight forwarding is advantageous.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and collaborate with the product team to propose end-to-end cold chain solutions.
  • Proficient in navigating a structured yet dynamic environment, with strong English language skills and familiarity with enterprise systems (ERP, TMS, WMS, etc.), Microsoft Office, CRM, and SCM tools.
  • Consultative and solution-oriented selling approach.
  • Effective stakeholder management and teamwork skills.
