Key Responsibilities- Support customers in complex cases of Amadeus product or solution integration.
- Provide billable consultancy/integration services to improve business performance.
- Assist sales organization in integration matters for complex cases.
- Provide advice/consulting to customers for integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems.
- Establish and manage product/solution integration schedules.
- Support integration activities during implementation projects.
- Provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to Management.
- Post-implementation consultancy to ensure product high-level adoption.
- Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems, and root causes.
- Present complex analysis results in client meetings.
- Identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions.
- Propose and follow-up internal process improvements.
- Identify and recommend internal tools/techniques for process automation.
- Contribute to the creation of user stories and review product specifications.
- Build, store, and track services documentation.
- Provide regular status to the line to ensure global coverage and foster synergies.
- Transfer knowledge to implementers globally.
- University degree (4 to 5 years) or equivalent qualification.
- Functional and technical skills, including knowledge of Amadeus products and system architecture.
- Network and protocols knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of the travel industry and Air shopping products is a plus.
- Experienced in cross-functional processes.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Multicultural approach and communication skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally and lead projects.
