Job Title: Integration Consulting Specialist

At Amadeus, we are seeking a highly skilled Integration Consulting Specialist to join our team. As an Integration Consulting Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers in the most complex cases of Amadeus products or solutions integration.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support autonomously sales organization for integration matters in the most complex cases, performing demos, analyzing customer business flows, and proposing integration solutions to cope with customer requests.
  • Provide advice/consulting to customers for their integration activities between Amadeus systems and customer systems, with full autonomy and for the most complex cases.
  • Provide functional support and problem resolution within the overall integration project.
  • Establish and manage the product/solution integration schedule.
  • Support Integration activities during the implementation project.
  • Provide formal integration status, KPIs, and customer feedback reporting to Management.
  • Ensure product high-level adoption by the customers in providing appropriate assistance on the daily activities.
  • Make sure customers make the most of the Amadeus products/solutions.
  • Identify and prioritize critical issues, problems, and root causes.
  • Present complex analysis results in client meetings.
  • Identify potential upsell activities for consulting and optimization missions.
  • Propose & follow-up Internal processes improvement.
  • Identify & recommend Internal tools/techniques for further process automation.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • University degree (4 to 5 years) or equivalent qualification.
  • Knowledge of Amadeus products, Amadeus System architecture, Network and protocols, and the travel industry and Air shopping products is a plus.
  • Experienced in cross-functional processes (CR, IRs, Development Cycle).
  • Proficiency in English (written & spoken).
  • Multicultural approach and exposure to multicultural work environments.
  • Strong communication skills including presentation skills in a high-tech environment.
  • Ability to influence cross-functionally and a strong customer focus.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, accountability, pro-activity, and flexibility.
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking, project management capabilities, and leading-self skills.
