We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team at JOOR. As a key member of our Integrations team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining our integrations technology and tools.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Integration Connectors: Design and build integration connectors to enable seamless data exchange between our platform and clients' backend systems.
- Manage Integration Projects: Oversee the implementation of strategic projects related to our integrations technology, including the development of new integrations offerings and internal tools.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with Sales, Client Management, Product Management, and Engineering to translate customer needs into a better overall product.
- Provide Technical Support: Offer troubleshooting and problem-solving support for Tier 3 integrations questions/tickets from clients.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay aware of existing solutions in the market and suggest beneficial changes to the team in terms of tools, process, strategy, and technology.
- Technical Background: 5+ years of experience in Engineering or technical integrations-related work, with strong coding skills in JavaScript and Python.
- Leadership Experience: 1-2+ years of experience managing people and teams.
- Communication Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to clients and non-technical partners.
- Language Skills: Spanish and/or French language fluency is preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, PLM, POS, SaaS technologies, and/or e-commerce platforms.
- IPaaS Knowledge: Knowledge of the IPaaS.
