We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Integration Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of our HR application landscape. As an Inhouse Integration Specialist, you will design and implement integration of our underlying systems, leveraging your expertise in SAP cloud platform integration and middleware.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement future people and culture (HR) solutions in close coordination with process owners, implementation partners, and IT providers.
  • Oversee and manage integrations between SAP modules (ECC6, HCM, SuccessFactors) and external systems during S/4HANA transformation.
  • Develop quality assurance processes to ensure integration integrity, data consistency, and system reliability.
  • Support Nordex in overcoming future challenges in HCM on premise, H4S4, and SuccessFactors by designing end-to-end processes.
  • Continuously monitor integration processes, identify issues, and troubleshoot where necessary.
  • Lead projects or workstreams, coordinate and control external implementation partners and internal stakeholders.
Your Profile
  • Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable education/qualification.
  • Strong interest and proven experience as SAP integration consultant (middleware, integrating different systems, interface operations, API architectures, etc.).
  • ABAP proficiency and proven Business Integration Builder (BIB) experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of ECC6, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA.
  • Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies is a clear plus.
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Fluent in English.
