Algunas de las responsabilidades que tendrás en Genius Aquí te las contamos:

Vender como un/a animal de la mano de los Founders.Construir, liderar y motivar al equipo de ventas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos establecidos.Estructurar y ejecutar la estrategia de ventas de la compañía, alineándola con los objetivos generales del negocio.Administrar el presupuesto del área de ventas, asegurando una óptima utilización de los recursos.Optimizar el CRM para mejorar la eficiencia y efectividad del equipo de ventas.Potenciar una comunicación fluida entre el negocio y el producto para garantizar nuevas estrategias de upselling y cross-selling.

¿Qué habilidades necesitas para encajar en este rol?

Experiencia en ventas B2B SaaS, con un enfoque en ventas outbound.Capacidad para optimizar el CRM y mejorar los procesos de ventas.Competencia en español e inglés para una comunicación efectiva con clientes y equipos internacionales.Mentalidad de negocio con un deseo constante de aprendizaje y superación.

Competencia en Francés y/o Italiano.Utilización de herramientas de IA para potenciar el negocio.Experiencia emprendedora.Experiencia utilizando Pipedrive - Notion - Slack - Zapier - Sales Nav
