Seleccionamos Sales Executive para consolidada compañía multinacional del sector industrial, con más de 40 años de trayectoria ofreciendo servicios OEM, ubicada en Murcia.

Con un enfoque claro hacia la innovación, calidad y excelente servicio al cliente desde la organización, este profesional liderará la investigación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio e impulso de relaciones comerciales con clientes.

Reportando al Sales Manager, las principales funciones a desarrollar son las siguientes:

  • Desarrollo de estrategias de prospección e investigación de mercado.
  • Identificación de oportunidades de negocio y leads potenciales que se ajusten al perfil de cliente óptimo.
  • Asesoramiento, negociación y acuerdos con clientes.
  • Participación en eventos y ferias comerciales del sector para promover los productos OEM.
  • Desarrollo de estrategias de mejora de los servicios ofrecidos al cliente.
  • Colaboración con el resto de departamentos de la organización: producción, investigación y desarrollo, servicio al cliente, para implementación de mejoras y cambios.
  • Proporción de formación y desarrollo continuo al equipo de ventas.
  • Establecimiento de estrategias de precios competitivas junto con el departamento de marketing y finanzas.
  • Evaluación de riesgos asociados con cuentas clave y resolución de incidencias.
Seguimiento postventa.

Se requiere:

  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas y clara orientación al cliente.
  • Capacidad analítica, metódica y de resolución de problemas.
  • Proactividad y autonomía.
  • Capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas ofimáticas y uso habitual de CRM.

Experiencia mínima:
Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa en ventas y gestión de cuentas clave en entornos B2B.

Estudios mínimos:
Estudios Universitarios en Ingeniería, Ventas, Comercio Internacional o similares.

Idiomas mínimos:

Español:
bilingüe o nativo.

Inglés:
avanzado (C1).
