Desde TIMUP buscamos un Key Account Manager de Grandes Cuentas para una empresa cárnica en Mataró. Será responsable de gestionar y desarrollar relaciones estratégicas con los clientes más importantes de la empresa.

Este rol implica comprender a fondo las necesidades del cliente, ofrecer soluciones personalizadas y asegurar un servicio excepcional para fomentar la lealtad y el crecimiento de las cuentas clave.


Responsabilidades Principales:

Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes: Desarrollar y mantener relaciones sólidas y duraderas con los principales clientes de la empresa.

Actuar como el principal punto de contacto entre la empresa y las cuentas clave. Entender las necesidades y expectativas de los clientes, y asegurar su satisfacción continua.

Desarrollo de Negocios:
Identificar oportunidades de negocio dentro de las cuentas existentes y potenciales. Proponer y negociar acuerdos comerciales que beneficien tanto a la empresa como al cliente. Desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias para maximizar las ventas y el crecimiento de las cuentas clave.

Planificación y Estrategia:
Elaborar planes de cuenta detallados que incluyan objetivos de ventas, estrategias de crecimiento y acciones específicas.

Colaborar con los equipos internos (marketing, producción, logística, etc.) para asegurar que las necesidades del cliente se satisfagan de manera eficiente.


Análisis y Reportes:
Analizar datos de ventas y tendencias del mercado para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento. Preparar informes regulares sobre el desempeño de las cuentas clave y presentar resultados a la alta dirección. Monitorear y evaluar la competencia y las condiciones del mercado para ajustar las estrategias en consecuencia.

Servicio al Cliente:
Resolver problemas y quejas de los clientes de manera rápida y efectiva. Asegurar que todos los compromisos con los clientes se cumplan dentro de los plazos acordados. Proveer un alto nivel de servicio al cliente para garantizar la satisfacción y la lealtad a largo plazo.

Requisitos:

Educación:
Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Marketing, Ventas o campos relacionados. Se valorará positivamente un MBA o estudios de posgrado en áreas afines.

Experiencia:
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en gestión de cuentas clave, preferiblemente en la industria cárnica o alimentaria. Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B y desarrollo de negocios con grandes cuentas.

Conocimientos:
Conocimiento profundo del sector Gran Consumo. Familiaridad con técnicas de ventas y negociación. Entendimiento de las dinámicas de la cadena de suministro y logística en la industria alimentaria.

Habilidades:
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación. Capacidad para construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con los clientes. Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas. Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo presión. Competencia en el uso de herramientas CRM y software de análisis de ventas.
