**Job Summary**

The Senior Clienteling Manager is a key role within Value Retail, responsible for driving the Private Client strategy and building relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clientele. This position requires a unique blend of brand ambassadorship and organizational management skills, with a focus on driving HNW spending and revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Build and develop relationships with HNW guests, educating them on a Clienteling mindset and culture within the Private Client Services team.
  • Develop and implement Personal Shopper service and suites strategy, working closely with Retail and the brand Referral program to acquire and engage HNWI for Private Client Services and the Black Book database.
  • Collaborate with Hospitality to develop the Village Referral program, acquiring and engaging HNWI for Private Client Services and the Black Book.
  • Develop and execute events and activities to acquire new Clients, working closely with the PCS Director and events manager.
  • Build and develop relationships with 3rd parties, such as institutions, corporate entities, private clubs, associations, and international expat communities, to target members and HNWI as potential clients.
  • Identify and explore new business and incremental revenue opportunities.

**Requirements**

  • Previous experience working closely with HNW clients.
  • Strong network of HNW clients.
  • Previous experience in a sales role with HNW clients.
  • Experience working in a luxury retail or hospitality environment.
  • Experience attending industry functions, such as national days, cultural events, association events, and conferences, and providing feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
