Job Summary

The Senior Clienteling Manager is a key role within Value Retail, responsible for driving the Private Client strategy and delivering exceptional client experiences. This position requires a unique blend of brand ambassadorship, organizational management, and sales expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with high net worth individuals, fostering a clienteling mindset and culture within the Private Client Services team.
  • Develop and implement strategies to acquire and engage high net worth clients, leveraging the Black Book database and referral programs.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Hospitality, and Marketing teams to deliver personalized experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, including partnerships with institutions, corporate entities, and private clubs.
  • Develop and execute events and activities to acquire new clients and lead the Private Client Services events manager in executing events to the highest standard.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working closely with high net worth clients.
  • A strong network of high net worth clients.
  • Experience in sales roles with high net worth clients.
  • Background in luxury retail or hospitality.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
