Inco Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to spearhead our Incontinence business in Spain. As Inco Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating with our external sales network services provider for Primary Care and Pharmacy, driving towards our commercial goals. Additionally, you will lead our Key Account Management (KAM) team, optimizing national and regional pharmaceutical distribution accounts for our Outpatient division.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and achieve sales targets in assigned area, channel, or category
- Grow and develop existing clients, generating new business opportunities
- Generate business plans for current and new business opportunities
- Interface with sales teams, internal functions, and external stakeholders
- Manage sales teams, set targets, and report on progress
- Visit customers, potential customers, and internal stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Relevant prescription channel experience and knowledge
- Negotiation skills and strategic vision
- Highly motivated with a drive to succeed
