Drive Business Growth in Incontinence Solutions

As a seasoned sales professional, you will spearhead the Incontinence business in Spain, coordinating with our external sales network services provider for Primary Care and Pharmacy. Your strategic vision will drive commercial goals, and you will lead our Key Account Management (KAM) team to optimize national and regional pharmaceutical distribution accounts for HARTMANN's Outpatient division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and achieve sales targets in assigned areas, channels, or categories.
  • Grow and develop existing clients, generating new business opportunities.
  • Generate business plans for current and new business opportunities.
  • Interface with sales teams, internal functions, and HQ Business Development as needed.
  • Manage sales teams, define sales objectives, and lead the HARTMANN strategy.
  • Motivate staff and lead the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Set sales targets, activity KPIs, and training programs.
  • Report progress with KPIs.
  • Visit customers, potential customers, headquarters, and main centers.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • MBA valuable.
  • Relevant prescription channel experience and knowledge.
  • Negotiation skills required.
  • Highly motivated with a drive to succeed and a passion for sales.
