Como Rent a Car Agent de la oficina de Hertz del Aeropuerto de Oviedo, serás responsable de:
- Asesorar y
cuidar de manera personalizada al cliente, aportando valor añadido a su "rental journey". - Gestionar reservas y formalizar contratos de alquiler de la flota de vehículos.
- Promover servicios y productos adicionales al alquiler del vehículo que mejor se ajusten a las necesidades de cada cliente.
- Entrega y control de devolución de vehículos.
Se trata de un contrato por interinidad de un compañero, con incorporacion inmediata y jornada completa.
Disponibilidad para trabajar en un sistema de turnos rotativos de 40h a la semana con horario de Lunes a Domingo, con dos días libres a la semana.
¿Qué necesitas para comenzar tu viaje en HERTZ?
- Grado o Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior, preferiblemente en Turismo.
- Experiência en atención al cliente y ventas mínimo de 1 año.
- Nível alto de inglés, valorando otros idiomas.
- Carnet de conducir B
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas.
