Formarás parte de uno de los departamentos más punteros de Doctoralia que promociona el calendario más avanzado del mercado, que permite tener más visibilidad online, trabajar tu reputación y adquirir pacientes online desde multitud de vías incluyendo los portales de las principales aseguradoras siendo los únicos que ofrecemos esta conexión.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades como Team Leader?
- Gestión de operaciones
- Asegurarte del cumplimiento de las métricas de prospección y productividad de los miembros del equipo para que puedan llegar a realizar sus objetivos.
- Planificar, organizar y delegar las tareas diarias para garantizar la entrega de los resultados del equipo.
- Aplicación y uso de diferentes análisis de productividad, reportes de nuestro CRM.
- Generar diferentes planes de acción cuando sean necesarios para el cumplimiento de los objetivos individuales y del equipo.
- Colaborar de manera activa con otros departamentos (marketing, cs, Sales Operations) para la mejora continua de procesos que impacten en la experiência de nuestros clientes.
- Gestión de equipo & desarrollo
- Supervisar y comprender la carga de trabajo y las capacidades del equipo para garantizar que los agentes estén posicionados para brindar un impacto óptimo y los resultados esperados.
- Incorporar el método de venta utilizado por la empresa y formar a los nuevos comerciales siguiendo el mismo estándar.
- Realizar escuchas de llamadas y evaluaciones de ventas para poder detectar y ejecutar puntos de mejora.
- Mantener reuniones regulares 1:1 con cada miembro del equipo, proporcionando feednacks de manera contínua para ayudar a mejorar el desempeño de los agentes.
- Colaborar junto con el departamento de Recursos Humanos para asegurar la incorporación de futuros comerciales alineados con la misión y valores de la compañía.
- Comunicar de manera efectiva la estrategia y los objetivos comerciales y cómo se alinean con el trabajo del equipo.
- A través de sus comportamientos y acciones, dar ejemplo y representar los valores y la cultura de Docplanner.
Requisitos:
- Te encantan las ventas y tienes experiência en la gestión de equipos de venta telefónica tanto en inbound como, sobre todo, en outbound.
- Sabes cómo motivar y liderar a tus equipos de trabajo para que lleguen a su máximo potencial.
- Estás acostumbrado a tener un ritmo alto de trabajo y te gusta superar tus objetivos.
- Tienes atención al detalle y capacidad analítica para seguir los procesos asociados a la venta e introducir mejoras.
- Te encanta trabajar en equipo y dar y recibir feedback constructivo para mejorar tu performance.
- Eres una persona resiliente y te adaptas ante cualquier dificultad.
- Eres una persona orientada a resultados. Nada te hace más feliz que cerrar una venta
- Tienes conocimientos informáticos y has usado alguna herramienta para el seguimiento de tu actividad (Salesforce, Hubspot...).
