Role

We are seeking a Sales Team Leader to join our Sales team in Barcelona. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services, as well as providing ad-hoc support during staff holidays.

Responsibilities
  • Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks
  • Coordinate and distribute leads across the Sales Coordinators
  • Observe and analyze current strategies, and develop new strategies with leadership
  • Support Sales Teams operations required to implement organizational sales strategies (CRM input data, Revenue pricing rules, promotions, etc.)
  • Cover day-to-day sales tasks when the team is on holidays or absent
  • Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations
  • Draft rental agreement contracts
  • Lead and manage a high-performing B2C sales team
  • Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff to ensure optimal performance and career growth
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs, and identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
  • Conduct long-term and short-term goal settings for teams and individuals, and use data to measure performance and monitor sales processes
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Leader with a strong background in sales leadership, customer communication, and team management. You should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field, and be fluent in English. You should also have at least 2 years of experience leading a team, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as negotiation skills.

We value strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills, and experience managing customer communications and relations is a plus. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be flexible, resilient, and happy with ambiguity and changes. Knowledge of the real estate sector is valued, and proficiency in Hubspot is a plus.
