About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Team Leader to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Spain. As a Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  2. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  3. Performance Management: Manage the performance of sales team members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet sales targets.
  4. Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  5. Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  6. Operational Excellence: Drive operational excellence across the sales team, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality customer interactions.
  7. Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth and expansion.

Requirements:

  1. Language: Native or proficient in French.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading teams.
  3. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coach sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  5. Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  6. Technical Skills: Advanced user of Microsoft Office Suite applications and experience using a CRM tool.
