Desarrollo de la estrategia de comunicación e investigación de Las Rozas Village.
Gestionar y supervisar la segmentación continua de la base de datos para identificar y dirigir campañas específicas a clientes activos, retenidos e inactivos.
Gestión del Programa de Afiliación.
Captación de socios.
Control de KPI's y consecución de objetivos.
Análisis de clientes (Optimizar los emails enviados a nuestros socios maximizando las tasas de apertura, los clics y las visitas al Village mediante la segmentación de la base de datos de clientes, los mensajes personalizados y las pruebas AB.
Reconocer los factores que afectan al rendimiento de la Rozas mediante un análisis semanal.
