Join us in shaping the future of home design.We are looking for a CRM Manager to join the Planner 5D Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver a top-tier CRM strategy to maintain and improve user activation and retention.Note that you should be prepared to work as a Contractor under B2B service agreement.What will you do as a CRM manager?Create and maintain triggers for transactional emails, push campaigns, in-app messages, etc.Implement CRM campaigns, measure and analyze resultsUnderstand all user acquisition and churn funnels, connect main steps to CRM campaignsOwn, manage, improve CRM marketing analyticsGenerate, implement, and analyze hypotheses for improvementWe expect:Proven experience in CRM marketing for more than 3 yearsAdvanced level of written and spoken English (additional EU language is a big advantage)Deep understanding of CRM marketing stagesKnowledge of main CRM campaign tools, services, and solutionsSkills in copywriting/editing textsPersonal Qualities:Attention to detailThoroughnessInitiativeCuriosityGrowth mindsetWhat we offer:Great work environment that balances freedom and responsibilityOur team is made up of friendly and passionate enthusiasts who are eager to help and share their knowledgeWe believe in work-life balance, so you'll receive around 30+ days of paid holidays per yearCompany computer equipment by requestEducation courses for our team members, and we're willing to allocate funds toward your training expensesEnglish classes on our corporate platformOffline company events in Lithuania and online team-buildingUnlimited free Planner5D subscriptions#J-18808-Ljbffr
