Implementar y personalizar soluciones CRM para satisfacer las necesidades de los clientes.
- Gestionar todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto, desde la planificación hasta la implementación.
- Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo tecnológico para asegurar una implementación exitosa.
- Proporcionar formación y soporte a los usuarios finales.
- Realizar análisis de datos y generar informes sobre el rendimiento del CRM.
- Identificar oportunidades de mejora y hacer recomendaciones basadas en las tendencias y los datos del CRM.
- Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en el ámbito del CRM.
- Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para entender sus procesos de negocio y necesidades.

- Grado en Informática, Ingeniería o campo relacionado.
- Experiência en la gestión de proyectos CRM.
- Conocimientos sólidos de las tecnologías de CRM.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente y efectiva.
- Compromiso con la mejora continua y el aprendizaje.
