From football to basketball and our recently launched NFL Game Pass International, we know that growth begins with keeping our existing customers engaged and retained.Reporting to the Senior CRM Manager, this role will focus on a top 4 U.S. league across international markets. You will be experienced in end-to-end CRM campaign delivery, segmentation, and personalization, and confident in copywriting and briefing assets to drive maximum user engagement. With a background in lifecycle automations, you’ll coordinate assets, manage multiple key events on the sports schedule, and lead on test-and-learn initiatives.DAZN is a fast-paced, commercial environment, so efficient time and project management skills are essential. As part of a collaborative international matrix, you will work closely with product, tech, content, UX, data, and analytics teams to deliver engaging CRM campaigns. Please also upload your resume in English, thanksAs our new CRM Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to:
  • Lead multi-channel campaign planning for our CRM calendar focused on one of the top four U.S. sports leagues to drive revenue growth, upsell, and subscriber retention.
  • Clearly articulate campaign and segmentation plans to the CRM operations team for timely scheduling and dispatch.
  • Oversee creative briefs, asset coordination, and below-the-line messaging specific to the sport, ensuring engaging and effective copy.
  • Drive personalization and segmentation efforts for optimal conversion and engagement, leveraging available data and technical capabilities to elevate CRM impact.
  • Champion testing and optimization of CRM strategies, working with DAZN’s marketing and creative teams to refine messaging, creative, and content.
You'll have:
  • Proven experience in a CRM role.
  • Bilingual English skills, enabling content creation in English and effective communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Interest in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to extract insights and translate them into actionable tests.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment with impeccable time management, agility, and quick problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach to proposing and sharing new ideas to enhance CRM communications.
  • Strong stakeholder management abilities in a multinational matrix structure, with a focus on influencing senior leaders in diverse markets.
  • A passion for American sports or a deep understanding of subscription services, especially in an international context, is highly desirable.
