Actualmente, buscamos una persona que se una al equipo de Performance en nuestras oficinas de Madrid como CRM Manager.

**¿Cómo será tu día a día?**
- Diseño de la estrategia CRM para cada uno de los países y los segmentos de clientes existentes.
- Gestión del modelo de relación cliente con evolución en segmentación y personalización para conseguir una mayor satisfacción de clientes.
- Colaboración en planificación estratégica y anual de evolución CRM, con definición y seguimiento de objetivos.
- Responsable de implementación con ejecución de plan despliegue CRM.
- Gestión de canales, comunicación y soporte a usuarios finales.
- Coordinación e interlocución con equipos B2C y B2B.
- Participación activa en iniciativas transversales de Data, Conocimiento de Cliente, Experiência de Cliente y Marketing.
- Planificación estratégica de Loyalty a 2-3 años e implementación de la misma.
- Gestión de la herramienta CRM y diseño de los journeys de clientes y automatización de campañas.
- Colaboración y participación en el diseño de la imagen del programa y materiales de Marketing online y off-line.

**Requisitos**:

- Formación universitaria: Grado Superior en ADE, Publicidad o Marketing (Analisis de Datos / Investigacion de mercados idealmente.)
- Experiência mínima de 2 años en Programas de Fidelización y/o herramientas CRM.
- Experiência en proyectos donde la App móvil sea el eje principal del negocio.
- Experiência en CRM, y herramientas como Braze, HubSpot o Sales Force.
- Entendimiento de negocio y cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
- Perfil analítico, con aptitudes en análisis de datos.
- Coordinación de proyectos.
- Nível de inglés: B2-C1.
