Desarrollamos soluciones de marketing pensadas para productores, agentes de ventas internacionales, distribuidores e instituciones de todo el mundo. Diseñamos campañas innovadoras para la industria cinematográfica a nivel internacional en todas las etapas del desarrollo y la promoción.

Descripción del Puesto:

Business Development Manager en prácticas para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. Buscamos a una persona proactiva, ordenada, con don de gentes, que le guste sociabilizar y que le interese trabajar en la industria del cine y series. Somos un equipo multidisciplinar en evolución, que apuesta por el crecimiento profesional de las personas que lo forman:

 Puesto: Business Development Manager
 Disponibilidad: a partir del 2 de octubre de 2023
 Duración: seis meses de prácticas prorrogables
 Jornada: de lunes a viernes, jornada según disponibilidad
 Lugar de trabajo: Madrid (posibilidad de teletrabajar a tiempo parcial a partir del tercer mes)
 Remuneración: según valía/experiencia y tipo de contrato/convenio

Funciones y Competencias:

 Contacto con clientes potenciales para la venta de nuestros servicios y seguimiento.
 Asistencia al departamento comercial en la elaboración de propuestas a clientes.
 Puesta a punto y actualización de agenda de contactos
 Preparación de agenda de festivales y mercados de cine y series nacionales e internacionales.
 Apoyo y colaboración al resto del equipo para la consecución de los objetivos de empresa.
 Envío de mail marketing mensual (Mailchimp)
 Actualización semanal de las redes sociales de la empresa
 Publicación mensual de actualizaciones en la web (Word Press)

Requisitos y aptitudes:

 Capacidad alta de comunicación oral y escrita
 Imprescindible nivel alto de inglés: abstenerse enviar CV con un nivel inferior a B2.
 Preferiblemente formación en Marketing, ventas, comunicación.
 Persona organizada y analítica
 Persona proactiva con capacidad de trabajo tanto individual como en equipo.
 Cuidado en los detalles, ojo crítico, actitud positiva.
 Se valorará positivamente conocimientos en mail marketing y redes sociales.
 Se valora positivamente conocimiento del sector cinematográfico y en otros idiomas.

Job Description:

Business development internship to join our team. We are looking for a proactive, organized person with good interpersonal skill, who enjoys socializing and is interested in working in the film industry and series. We are a growing multidisciplinary team, which is committed to the professional growth of the people who make it up:

 Position: Business Development internship
 Availability: from October 2, 2023
 Duration: Six-month extendable internships
 Schedule: Monday to Friday, journey according to availability
 Workplace: Madrid (possibility of teleworking part-time from the third month)
 Remuneration: according to value/experience and type of contract/agreement

Role and Competences:

• Contact with potential clients for the sale of our services and follow-up
• Assistance to the sales department in the preparation of proposals to clients.
• Updating and maintenance of the contract agenda
• Preparation of agenda for national and international film and series festivals and markets
• Support and collaboration with the rest of the team to achieve company objectives.
• Monthly email marketing (Mailchimp)
• Weekly update of the company’s social media.
• Monthly publication of updates on the website (Word Press)

Requirements and skills:

• High capacity for oral and written communication.
• A high level of English is essential: CVs with a level below B2 will not be considered.
• Preferably, training in Marketing, Sales, or Communication.
• Organized and analytical person.
• Proactive individual with the ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail, critical eye, positive attitude.
• Knowledge in email marketing and social media will be highly valued.
• Knowledge of the film industry and other languages will also be considered positively.
