Il nostro cliente è il principale operatore di self-storage in Spagna e sta cercando un/a Store Manager che sarà responsabile di organizzare e dirigere le attività del centro sia a livello commerciale, amministrativo, che operativo, al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi aziendali assegnati al centro.
Key Languages:
- Italiano madrelingua
- Conoscenza avanzata dello spagnolo
- Conoscenza dell'inglese sarebbe un plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Stimolare le vendite e sviluppare strategie per raggiungere gli obiettivi
- Monitorare costantemente la pipeline delle vendite
- Gestire le chiamate e le richieste dei clienti
- Massimizzare l'occupazione del centro garantendo spazio per tutti i clienti
- Lavorare in squadra per ottenere traslochi di successo e soddisfare i clienti
- Dare priorità alla soddisfazione del cliente, risolvendo i problemi con un sorriso
- Definire ruoli chiari e sostenere il team nel raggiungimento dei propri obiettivi
- Assicurare processi amministrativi efficienti e senza intoppi
Core Skills/experience:
- Almeno tre anni di esperienza in vendita o nel settore retail
- Esperienza nella gestione di un team e nella risoluzione di sfide
