¿QUÉ BUSCAMOS?

Como Customer Manager, tu misión será gestionar y explotar la información del ciclo de vida de los distribuidores y sus clientes, así como gestionar sus procesos comerciales para ayudar al Canal Indirecto a conseguir los objetivos de ventas y profit. Por ello tus principales funciones, reportando al Sales Operations Line Manager serán:

-Gestión de la relación comercial con los distribuidores: 

Análisis y promoción de ventas Asesoramiento en las ofertas comerciales Gestión de soportes y ayudas para asegurar un correcto equilibrio entre venta y margen Análisis y soporte de licitaciones públicas Gestión de abonos y reposiciones

-Comunicación y soporte

Supervisar y analizar necesidades de los distribuidores Análisis competencia para poder poner en valor nuestro producto y posicionamiento Middle Office con RBS, Marketing, Logística y otros departamentos 

-Gestión de campañas de comercialización: Despliegue y seguimiento

Colaborar en la segmentación para la ejecución de dichas campañas Detectar y promover campañas y acciones comerciales que ayuden a alcanzar objetivos mediante la gestión de soportes 

-Reporting

Analizar los datos de resultados y proponer acciones estratégicas con los partners junto con el KDM Solicitud y reporte de rebates al departamento de Marketing

¿QUÉ NECESITAS?

Para esta posición pensamos en una persona con 

Formación Universitaria superior Experiencia mínima de 2 años en la gestión de las operaciones de un canal de ventas, preferentemente Indirecto Inglés nivel Upper – Intermediate

Además de un buen nivel de comunicación, orientación al cliente, orientación a resultados, capacidad de planificación y organización y de trabajo en equipo.
