Customer Success Manager

HP's Global Tier 1 Global Service & Solution team is focused on driving growth in services and solutions sales into the company's 100 largest customers.
We are a diverse and engaged global team with members in three regions (NA, EMEA, and APJ). Our team is on an ambitious transformation journey towards a future HP business with a significant portion of recurring revenues coming from profitable services and software offers.
We have made significant progress in the past years and are now ready to take a more rigorous approach to account management, enabling our sales and CSM teams with analytics to increase services/software penetration into our accounts.
Responsibilities- Under the guidance of the Program Management/Operations leader and the CSM leader, develop and implement tools and dashboards/analytics to support the sales/CSM team.
- Support the teams in managing data collection (customer profiling information, sales activities, funnel tracking) to ensure it remains up-to-date.
- Present recommended analysis of the data in regular Management reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or engineering with an interest in business.
- Between 0 and 2 years of experience, with internships related to the job content also valuable.
- Analytical and data analysis skills with a business background perspective.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluent in English.
