Job Summary
The Customer Operations Specialist Leader will be responsible for leading a team of specialists in Supply Chain, building strategic relationships with customers, and working in a multicultural European environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of complex internal operational issues and be able to apply advanced problem-solving and analytical skills to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of individual contributors to resolve moderately complex issues and act as a first point of contact for top-tier customer accounts with high complexity.
- Responsible for resolving high-impact operational issues, such as those related to global trade and compliance policies, and coordinating support on a broad range of daily operational matters.
- Collaborate with other functions and organizations to resolve issues related to customer support, such as sales teams, supply chain, and logistics.
- Champion a specialized topic, such as order management or special pricing, and train other team members.
- Spearhead efforts to optimize current processes, often collaborating with other groups within HP to improve day-to-day activities.
- Represent the team as a subject matter expert on complex internal processes to other functions and organizations.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and follow-ups.
Requirements
- First-level university degree.
- 4-6 years of related experience in supply chain, customer service, procurement, or financial management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced communication skills with the ability to convey high-impact messages clearly to peers and management within and outside of HP.
- Advanced understanding of highly complex internal operational issues, such as opportunities to improve current processes.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Broad, in-depth knowledge of the end-to-end process of sales operations.
- Solid knowledge of local legal compliance issues.
- Advanced teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Ability to structure and apply advanced organizational skills to manage daily operational issues.
