Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee to join our international team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the localization of promotional materials, coordinating events, and managing launches and congresses. If you are passionate about the healthcare industry and have excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Localization of Promotional Materials: Support the localization of promotional materials, including requesting quotes for translations, uploading open files in English, and requesting changes/modifications.
  • Promotional Material Teams: Update available approved localized materials, look for and upload high-resolution files for printing options, control expiry dates, and prepare new Sharefolders.
  • Grifols Experience Days: Participate in coordinating events with country/corporate teams, help with logistical details, and define processes in the system.
  • Launches and Congresses: Participate in the localization and approval of approved global versions.
  • Invoice Management: Manage invoices through the SAP system.
  • Compliance Requests: Support compliance requests.
  • Other Responsibilities: Support the development of customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, and other marketing materials.
