Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Marketing Trainee to join our international team. As a Customer Marketing Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the localization of promotional materials, working closely with our agencies, affiliates, and internal teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are effective and compliant.
Key Responsibilities
- Localization of Promotional Materials
- Support the localization of promotional materials required in the region, including requesting quotes for translations, uploading open files in English, and requesting changes/modifications.
- Work with affiliates to check needs and inform them about new materials available.
- Collaborate with our Global Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance (GRP) team to create placeholders, upload materials, and follow up on the review process.
- Update approved localized materials with the Promotional Material Teams (DS/BTS/Service MKT).
- Look for and upload high-resolution files for printing options for affiliates.
- Control expiry dates and prepare new Sharefolder.
- Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate/G.Viajes.
- Help with logistic details and define the process in the system.
- Participate in the localization and approval of approved global versions.
- Manage invoices through the SAP system.
- Support in compliance requests.
- Support in the development of customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be proficient in using various software applications and have a strong attention to detail.
