EMEA Customer Marketing Trainee

Grifols is a global healthcare company that has been improving the health and well-being of people around the world since 1909. We are leaders in plasma-derived medicines and transfusion medicine, developing, producing, and marketing innovative medicines, solutions, and services in over 110 countries and regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the localization of promotional materials for the EMEA region, including requesting quotes for translations, uploading open files in English, and requesting changes/modifications.
- Promotional Material Teams: Update with available approved localized materials, look for and upload high-resolution files for printing options, control expiry dates, and prepare new Sharefolders.
- Grifols Experience Days: Participate in coordinating the event with the country/corporate, help with logistics details, and define the process in the system.
- Launches and Congresses: Participate in the localization and approval of global versions.
- Invoice management through the SAP system.
- Support in Compliance requests.
- Others: Support in the development of Customer testimonials, training decks, presentations, and other materials.
